Mission Hub
St Laurence’s Church is one of six Diocesan Mission Hub Churches across Coventry Diocese.
We seek to support and resource leaders and churches in the development of discipleship, growing leaders and planting new worshipping communities, with a particular focus on the regeneration of urban parishes in the North & East of Coventry. The Hub is led jointly by the Vicar Rev Gareth Irvine and Associate Minister Rev Kate Pellereau.
We’re really keen to work and learn alongside any church or leader – lay or ordained – who thinks they might share this sense of calling with us – we’d love to hear from you.

The Acting Bishop of Coventry Rt Revd Ruth Worseley is delighted to invite local church and school leaders to come together on Wednesday 2nd October from 5-7pm. Over a meal we’ll learn about Growing Faith, hear inspirational stories and consider what partnership in your setting could become.
Growing Faith is a partnership between the Church of England, local schools and families. It exists to help support faith exploration and encourage healthy thriving communities.

We’re a group of ordained and lay leaders who meet together monthly on Thursday afternoons for food, worship, leadership input, character & skills formation and accountability in mission.
Greenhouse North Coventry
Greenhouse is a Church of England initiative, supported in this diocese, to equip teams of people to design, grow & cultivate new worshiping communities – helping to make them more sustainable and to multiply.
Greenhouse will suit anyone who feels called to establish and grow new, robust Christian communities among people who don’t yet know Jesus where they live, work and have friends.

Encounter
Refuel. Refresh. Reignite.
Encounter is our informal monthly evening worship service, usually on the first Sunday of the month, starting at 6.30pm at St Laurence’s Church. As we seek to stretch out and grow in mission, we can only go in the strength and confidence of God’s calling, and the equipping power of the Holy Spirit. Come to be refreshed and refueled.
